"The New Jew" Conversation with Series Creators Guri Alfi and Moshe Samuels

The Crown Family Center for Jewish and Israel Studies and Northwestern Hillel hosted a conversation with the creators of The New Jew  a four-part miniseries, produced for the Public Broadcasting Corporation in Israel. The series explores the growing divide between the two epicenters of world Jewry.

Guri Alfi, one of Israel’s most popular comedians, and series creator, Moshe Samuels, shared video clips and discussed the impact of this documentary on the Israeli public and the future relationship of Israeli and American Jews.
